Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by:

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of California who are 21 or over. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • [Describe entry method — e.g., “Find the hidden character on our website and submit the form,” or “Follow us on Instagram and comment on the contest post.”]
    No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

4. Entry Period

The Contest begins on each month on the 1st at 12:01am and ends on or around the last day of each month. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

5. Entry Requirements

Entries must:

  • Be the original work of the participant
  • Not contain offensive or inappropriate material
  • Follow the instructions listed above

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected based on:

    Winners will be notified via [email/social media DM/phone] within [timeframe].

If a winner does not respond within [X days], a new winner may be selected.

7. Prizes

By entering, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries
  • Technical failures
  • Platform outages (WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

10. Privacy

Participant information will be collected and used per our Privacy Policy. It will not be sold or shared outside of Contest administration.

11. Disputes

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
